Access is for Persons who are NOT PG&E utility employees
[Case Participants Only]
Non-employees who have registered and enrolled in a particular case may see discovery and testimony for that case, in addition to public documents.


To Register:

Note: Cookies must be enabled on your browser before you can use this site. See your local IT support with questions about cookies.

  • Click the "Register" link in the "Non-Employee Log-In" section.
  • Enter a user name, password, password hint, name, and email address. Record your username and password in a safe place for logging in later.
  • Review the Terms of Use and click "Accept".
  • You will receive a message stating "User Registration Successful!" At this point, you will receive an email stating that your account has been created. However, you have not yet been granted access to a specific case.
  • Click "Continue".
  • Follow the instructions on the "Enrollment" page to enroll in a specific case.


  • To Log-in:
    Click the "Log-in" link in the "Non-Employee Log-In" section. You will then be prompted for the user name and password that you created when you registered.

    Once you have logged in, you will be able to search, enroll for additional cases, and update your registration profile.

    Note: If you enter an incorrect password three times, your login will be locked out. Please wait 1 hour before your password is automatically reset.

    Lost Password:
    If you have forgotton your password, simply click "Lost Password" and enter the "user name" you chose when you registered for access. A temporary password will be mailed to you shortly.
